Steps in the Application Process
Step 1 - Print application
Download and print Envision
Conservatory Fall 2008-2009 Application.
Step 2 - Fill out application and review the Application Rubric
Fill out the Application completely in ink. Make sure to specify your primary area of interest and to include all required documents (including the Evaluation form) with your application packet. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Step 3 - Turn in your application
Turn in your completed Application and Evaluation form to the reception desk in the CCA main office. Applications WILL NOT be accepted after this date. Or mail your application and evaluation form to:

Step 4 - Application notification
Your Application and Evaluation form will been reviewed by the Envision team. If you qualify, you will be notified regarding the date and time of your interview and audition/portfolio review.
Step 5 - Audition/portfolio requirements
Review the interview and audition/portfolio
review requirements for your area of interest below. Be prepared to interview
and audition or present your work in late August of 2008.
Step 6 - Audition/portfolio notification
After you have completed the interview and audition/portfolio review process, you will be notified before by mail. All notifications will only be made by snail mail.
